First off I would like to comment on the GEICO service from the moment I submitted my claim for my Porsche 911 Carrera , very prompt and professional service, they were on the case and kept me updated from start to finish. In addition Auto Damage Adjuster that inspected my Porsche was very experienced and assured me that the work would be performed professionally and mentioned that my satisfaction and comfortability with the shop was paramount. Chris Geer outstanding. The Customer Service Manager Tyler Bowermaster of ABRA Auto Body on 33rd Street Vancouver, Washington kept me informed on every aspect of the repair until I picked up the car. I have high praise for GEICO and ABRA and the prompt and professional service they have given me as well as the craftsmanship of the repair on my Porsche. Highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality repairs. Thank you very much for the professional service.

Very professional Great service and communication

I only would have liked to know that the repairs were only expected to take a couple days,because I would not have sent my daughter back to college across the state with the rental car.I would have sent her back in my suv.I had to drive across the gorge today to meet her half way and give her her repaired car,and retrieve the rental car,and drive it back to be turned back in.

Overall, the best experience I’ve ever had when working with an auto body business, an insurance claim and getting a rental. Everyone was a great communicator, it was smooth, friendly and fast.
