Took to long to repair excuses all the time and when we went to pickup car after we were told car wad ready they didn’t have paperwork and keys had to make a second trip to pick up car . Called receptionist about issue was very rude, hopefully will not have to deal with them again and definitely will not recommend them to anyone. Gonna to let Geico know they should not refer people to them.

The insurance company said they sent me a check. THEY DID NOT. This took another hour on hold with USAA. Lee never said anything about it but drilled into me to bring the deductible. Driving down the road—both turn signals went out??? Thry were working when I dropped it off. Took it back at 6:00 pm, knocked on the door. A guy came out and was speculating that they burned out. AT THE SAME TIME?? He took it back, left me sitting on the pavement (no where to wait). Came back twenty minutes later to say the “wire was loose.” So? It is still your doing. Shouldve gone to **** Hannah like I wanted to in the first place.

It took two weeks for barely $****,200 worth of damage. They asked me to wait one more day so they could polish the car, and there is no polishing!! Idiots cleaned the new parts and nothing else. Over spray everywhere! The job isn't even done. The grill that put on isn't even clamped down! It freaking wiggles! My lights aren't hooked up correctly after I specifically said to hook them up, and they left the wires hanging under my car! There is pitting in the paint on my brand new front end! This place is at absolute joke! You claim to be a Professional body shop? Yeah right! I literally picked up my 350z about 30 minutes ago, so this has just begun!
