From the moment I spoke to the first person to schedule my appointment completely through the completion of my car collision repair, I was completely satisfied, and at times overwhelmed by the kindness and care from the staff. I was always treated better than I could have expected, and the communication was excellent. Abra cares, it’s was obvious from the front desk to the gentleman that cleaned my floor mats. I appreciate the customer service, no, I think it was more customer hospitality I experienced at Abra. I will definitely recommend people, and not hesitate to be a return customer.

Unfortunately, there were spots in the paint which weren't completely removed when I brought it in the following Monday. Then when I got home Monday, I noticed that the panels did not line up. So I will need to bring it in again to have that fixed and probably will ask for the panel to be repainted.
