I was extremely satisfied with the service I received.i was given a daily update on my truck totally impressed. I felt special and someone truly cared about my issue. Having you perform and take care of me when I was distraught about someone hitting my truck and leaving no note you were awesome. I have never experienced such service by anyone when having my truck taken care of. I’m usually calling trying to find out about my truck. 1to 10, 10 being best you get a 20???? I just wanted to follow up with you on the repair of my 2016 Subaru at Abra Beaverton. Although you turned it around in **** day, as I advised Nick he paint color is off. He suggested I give it a 30 full curing time. In the meantime I have followed up with Subaru and the crystal white pearl is WHC the universal code is K1X. Matt at Subaru admitted this is a difficult color formula to match even with the appropriate codes which is why most body shops purchase the paint from them. Although K1X is what Abra stated they used on my vehicle, whatever vendor you source this paint from did not successfully match that 3 layer paint part because you can clearly see the area of repair. This is unacceptable. I also learned that Subaru uses Central and one other vendor for their body repairs. I will take Nick's recommendation to wait 30 days. I had no idea the car would turn out like this or I would have called Subaru in the first place to get a referral. Frustrated! I would be completely satisfied when you purchase this particular paint from Subaru and repaint my bumper with it.

The airconditioner doses not work after back to home. The others are good.
