I wasn't happy about the service at all, the estimate was very off and they forgot to write done my schedule!!! On a they to pick up all the representatives was concerned to receive the extra money for insurance!!!! So she didn't believe me till she spoke to my adjusters!!! Infected I told her I will paying myself! I don't go back to this shops and for sure not recommended to anyone!

I was told to pick up my car today. I asked that they check the alignment because after my accident the stearing alignment was off to the right. I asked before they gave me the car. I was told the mechanic had checked everything. I was unable to drive my car out of the parking lot because the starting wheel is to the right when I'm trying to go straight. It was not checked. It was not like that prior to the accident. The car is new. I needed to leave my car there and get the rental back. Kadel's needs to fix the alignment and check the stearing before returning my car. I cannot be told that they will do a curtesy check and not do it. it was not like that prior to the accident and it needs to be fixed. I should not have to pay the extra days of rental car from today until they fix it. The car needs to be returned as it was prior to the accident and they should not tell me that they woulld check it and not check it prior to returning the car.

The door panel is damaged from the nglass and you didn't replace it. The scuff plate area was scratched from the glass and you didn't repair and paint it. It's obvious that the paint was scraped from the glass being under the door and opening and closing it scraped the paint. The door panel needs replaced and the inner rocker panel area needs repaired and painted. It's obvious the shattered glass pieces went under the door and when the the door was opened and closed is scratched that area .

The job looked great but it took a long time to get in. The car was damaged on sunday march 12 th drove it for 2 weeks before i got in the shop didnt get car back till april 11 th so a month seems to be a long time for just minor damage thank god i had a rental car that my insurance paid for however i still paid my 100 deductable. When i got the car back it looked good but seemd like it took a long time .

I am thoroughly impressed with Kadel's and Duran was awesome at keeping me updated with everything that was happening. The repair job was phenomenal and you can't even tell my car had a previous dent or had repair work done at all. I couldn't be happier with how Kadel's handled my repair. Thanks guys!
