I had to call to see if the car was ready. I would have appreciated a call in the morning of the day I could have picked it up so I could work it into my schedule. Instead I had to pick it up the next day.

Issue with the side view mirror mechanism that controls both mirrors from the inside. The toggle switch is not aligned correctly and pushes down into the door panel. The original door and alignment of the switch did not have any kind of issue. It needs to be fixed back to original condition.

Better communication on estimated finish dates would be idea. But everything was super smooth and professional. Very attentive to questions. Very satisfied.

Looks great. I appreciate the car wash and polish, plus fixing the smaller chips for free. Hood looks brand new now. If it weren't for the extra wait time I'd give 10/10, but since the wait was due to an extra polish to remove streaks I'll give a 9.9/10!

Quick work-just over a week with a holiday in the mix- that was very well done-the car looks great, got texts consistently about progress, and the wash/detail work in and out of the car is amazing. Thank you for a job very well done!

My experience at Kadel's could not have been better. I dealt primarily with Daniel Charbonneau. Daniel was thoughtful and kind. He really knew what he was talking about and answered all my many questions with ease and respect. He was passionate and knowledgable about the whole process and walked me through step by step. He was always available and prompt if I called with questions and was very proud of the finished product. My car looks fantastic and every thing they did to repair the rear fender makes the car look like new! I would definitely recommend the Kadel/Abra business to anyone looking for a body shop and in particular I would recommend working with Daniel. That being said, everyone I came in contact with either by phone or in person was delightful. In particular other than Daniel, I dealt with Jessica. She was so understanding and very thorough.
