Daily updates were a real plus. The commitment to quality and finding part that fit correctly (3 generic bumper coveres wouldn't fit) and taking the effort to get it right was great. Downsides are the parking lot at Beaverton location is akward/small.

They never notified the rental company that my car had been delivered. I had to convince the rental company that I no longer had their car. Also I got the feeling that Abra was working on behalf of the insurance company more than they were advocating for complete repair of my car. I had to argue for OEM parts and they did not replace my car hood - I can still see subtle traces of damage and would have preferred to have a total replacement.

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Daniel was the gentleman that helped me and I feel like he really knew what he was doing. He kept me updated about my car's progress in getting repaired. Overall I would highly recommend ABRA Auto Body & Glass to other people. They did a great job.
