I appreciated hearing updates from ARBA during the week as my car was being repaired. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean inside and out. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Not only do your people have 0 respect for people's personal property but there was 0 Communication!!!! You lost the key to my safe which you had no business removing from my key ring and you damaged some of my property that you thought was appropriate to just shove into my trunk. You promise people communication but I had to make several calls to get updates on the status of my vehicle. I was not informed that it would be delayed by an entire day until the moment I was supposed to pick up my car so I was forced so waste my ride's time that I had come get me to bring me to my car. Then the next day nobody informed me that my car was ready, again I had to call!! This was the most disgusting experience of my life. Thank god my car is fixed but I would never in my life return to you or recommend you and I will in fact be doing the opposite.

Detailing my car was a nice touch that I wasn't expecting. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I couldn't wait to give this feedback because I'm so happy! It's like I have a new car again even though I only had a minor fender bender.
