I am so pleased with the service provided by Kadels. The first meeting was very customer friendly. The rep walked me through the process, explaining how the repair would take place, anticipated time of completion, etc. I had the same experience when I picked up the car. Everything thoroughly explained. Car in great shape -- and they even cleaned out and vacuumed the inside! And to top it off, they filled my wiper fluid, which was empty. A welcome surprise! Everything top-notch and great, friendly crew.

Great service.

Car was not done when promised so shop had to hurry To finish. Shop had 4 days to complete Job. I viewed 3 blemishes in area of repair. Don't believe enough attention was given to repairin car timely and efficiently.

They did a great job. Made everything perfect. Kept me informed. Worked seamlessly with insurance co.

I was very displeased with how little forewarning there was with pick up dates and times, I was not notified until approximately 6 hours before I was supposed to pick up my vehicle that it would not be ready for another 4 days. They did make up for it by providing me with a rental car during that time but then I was also not notified until approximately 2 hours before my car was supposed to be finished to pick it up. I appreciate them wanting to make sure the car was in excellent condition but I, as a full time college student with 2 jobs need a little more communication about pick up times. And lastly, one picky thing is that my car wreaks of cleaning product to the point of where it gives me an intense headache whenever I drive it for more then 5 minutes. I appreciate the cleanliness, but it could've been toned back a notch.
