I was very satisfied with how fast and efficient ABRA was while taking care of my Nissan, not only did they quickly get the job done but they communicated with me about it very well and also when I picked it up they had vacuumed the inside of my car out as well. After getting my car went to store got back into my car and it started put it in reverse then it stalled for 25 minutes before starting again. I feel ABRA and geico work to closely so cars don’t actually have to be fixed. When some chick decides to ram into my car by putting her car in reverse in a drive thru. So once again I lose.

I walked in to pick up my car and the receptionist was not very friendly to start. I had advised Garrett what time I would be there so they could have my car ready for me. I waited almost 5 minutes for my car to be brought to me, no offer to help transfer anything from my rental to my car. Did not go over my repairs with me or walk around the car with me. I was literally hand an envelope with my paperwork in it that would explain everything is what I was told by the receptionist. I was taken back because my initial appointment I was treated amazingly and I felt good about leaving my car to be repaired. The pick up process was completely opposite and I feel it should be just as important of not more important than the dropping my car off process. So I now get to read what was repaired on my car instead of being shown so that I understand what the paperwork states and can know exactly what was done. I know what some of the items are on the paperwork but not all, so I am pretty much left in the dark. I do know that if I am not 100% satisfied and if there is a problem that I have a lifetime guarantee as long as I have my car, so that is refreshing.
