The work took much longer than expected (an extra week), thankfully we were not rushed to get the car back. The quality was fabulous, and I’ll take quality over quick any day! The color is one that any paint blemishes show immediately. Overall, my wife and I are very pleased.

****.) there was NO communication. I was told 15 day turn around. I completely understand being understaffed. So I’m willing to be fair, however no one communicated with me during the entire process. I had to call, wait 2-3 days for a response and then get a generic, “oh sorry we are behind”. 2. 15 day turned into 30. Someone ordered wrong windshield, then there was a delay in getting it installed. Once again, no communication. But who who orders the wrong windshield?? Was told, you can pick it up Friday, then that turned into Tuesday then Friday again. 3. The base of the windshield does not look like it fits perfectly. It’s got the beveled edges so it’s not seamless. Not a big eyesore, but regardless less that perfect installation. Also missed buffing out a paint damage spot, that is noticeable, but too late to complain now. Only noticed once I got home. By that point I was beyond upset. Very frustrating experience. Will not use this company again.

The gentleman that helped us get all our belongings out of our truck which was totaled was very nice and saw that I could not lift anything and done all the work. Very very nice talking and very helpful.
