The repairs seem to be okay but my car now has a spot on the hood that is devoid of paint. It looks as if something was dripped on the car and this removed a spot of paint down to the metal. There is now a spot of shiny metal showing on the hood of the car. I do not understand why this was not addressed upon the return of the vehicle. It is obvious this is not a normal paint chipping issue from normal driving.

No repair. Auto totaled.

I’ve already spoken with Ryan the general manager of this location that there was jewelry and money (change) stolen from our vehicle while under their care. The repair itself I have no problem with.

Several reasons as to why I'm highly disappointed with my service and repairs. One being within a couple days of my car being brought there, it was broken into, my wedding set was stolen along with several other items, however I wasnt even made aware of this situation till nearly a month later car was to be picked up, and I happen to notice things missing inside, once I went back inside and HAD TO ASKED then and only then was I informed. Once I was able to get a police report I then noticed that my car had never been included on the report. so I had to add it myself. Secondly the repairs weren't completed after first pick up had to return the car and I was dealing with a VERY sick mom 3 hours away having to go back and forth for a mess of a situation. Took the car back two days later picked up again. Weve had Covid so until a couple days ago I have not really been able to go anywhere, but car is still not fixed. Passenger door pops loudly now when opening and closing never did that before, fan makes a horrible loud shrieking noise when its started up never did that before either and oil light comes and goes on often. So that's pretty much it not happy.. NOT AT ALL

My experience was great from beginning to end. I dealt with Ryan and he was very professional and the job was done in a timely manner.

First, let me say the repair was very good and looks great. However, the vehicle was dirty (dusty) and had a lot of overspray on plastic trim pieces and on driver-side wheel covers. I cleaned and removed all myself - didn't have time to take it back to be done.

Job not finished. Waiting on part.

Excellent craftsmanship and customer service

The shop ran ****/2 tank of diesel out of my truck and did not hook up 3 brake light on the truck and no one will take responsibility of the BIG dent in the rear bumper that was not their at the time of the accident. Your shop drove my truck with a busted rim which ended up costing me a tire.
