Nathan Shelton was my first contact. He explained the hole process. Was very caring and kind. Ask if I had any questions and left me his contact number. Jeff York was the claims adjuster. He was great! assessed the damage and handled the details of the process in a very professional and courteous way. He gave me his business card and said I could call with any question. Advance collision fixed the car in a timely manner and kept us informed. Staff was friendly and helpful.
