This whole process was completely effortless on my end! It was quick and easy and it really impressed me the day I showed up, and you guys took care of my push to start issue by replacing the battery in my key fob! THEN when I came to pick my car up, you guys had washed it!! And amor-all’d my tires!!! You guys went way above and beyond regular customer service, and went beyond the 2nd mile service. When I come to pick up my vehicle my back rear tire driver side was pushed in hard on a curb, then I had to drive back to the shop because my front license plate was stained with some type of spray, once I got home I noticed on the new bumper and new paint job there are 2 paint bubbles On the left and on the right on the bumper front bubbles visible and that is unacceptable workmanship.

Great service from the first phone call inquiry seeking collision repair to delivery of the repaired vehicle. Completed earlier then planned (under promise/over deliver). This team appears to truely like their jobs- making the experience so much better. NO ONE wants to have collision repair- but when the need arises this is the place to go. I was referred by the dealership where we bought the vehicle- Crown Chrysler Jeep and am grateful for the referral. Turned out Advanced was also the preferred provider for the insurance company.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service and communication! Everyone that I spoke to over the phone or in person was so nice and easy to work with. The text updates that I received throughout the week were great to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I told my husband that I hoped the work done on my car was as good as your customer service, and when I picked up my vehicle I was pleased that it was! Everything looked great! Thanks for cleaning out the interior and vacuuming it too. My car is looking good as new. I really appreciate your work!
