You don’t need to contact me. I’ve already talked to someone at the shop. Our repairs were projected to take five days. They ended up taking 11. We were notified on day three or four that it would be 11 days rather than five. I asked to get the car back while we were waiting on other parts, but I was told that would not be possible. The communication was good, but the loss of the car for almost 2 weeks was difficult. The car belongs to 16-year-old drivers who are too young to obtain a rental car, so that was not an option. We made it work and the quality of the repair was good.

A lot of communication rv every step of the way. Even though my vehicle was a total loss the process was easy for me and they were flexible when I couldn’t return calls or had to bring the car in early. I wish my the car would have been repairable but I trust their judgement. When I had to collect my personal items before they removed they were extremely helpful.

I want to compliment Phillip **** as he was very friendly, spoke clearly, used terms I could understand, and thoroughly explained my Auto Estimate & Repair. He also helped coordinate with State Farm Auto Claim process personal. Advanced Collision did an excellent repair on my Toyota Highlander and restored it to top-of-the line condition. They did a superb job of cleaning my car inside and outside. I am very grateful for the extra precautions the staff took to keep me safe and healthy and prevent the spread of this virus when I was at their shop. I would recommend them highly. ?????????? ????

Since getting my truck back I have now noticed there is a wind noise coming from that door somewhere on that section of the door and in the passenger side corner of the window there is fog and condensation build up, I’m assuming from an improper seal somewhere that was not ever there before.

We like the overall LOOK of the repairs, But there is an odd sound (almost like a roar) when the car is idling ... possible from replacing the radiator. It’s unnerving
