Upon receiving our vehicle, there was an issue with the right rear view mirror on the passenger door and, once the vehicle was driven home and turned off, the battery was dead and would not start again. However, advanced collision has taken the vehicle and back and is fixing those issues free of charge so I do appreciate and am impressed by that.

They had my car for an entire month, which seemed excessive. Car was not thoroughly cleaned before pickup. Trash was found in the vehicle.

Staff was welcoming, courteous & friendly from our first visit for the estimate until we pick up our vehicle upon completion. The repair process was explained to us, along with an estimated timeline for the repairs. The repairs were completed early and looking at the vehicle one would never know that repairs had been made. Thanks for taking care of our vehicle repair needs.

The front bumper installed on my truck appears to be a China piece of garbage, not the OEM bumper I requested. It fits horribly.
