I received my car quicker than expected and my car looks beautiful! Jesse ****, my service rep, has excellent customer relations skills. He was courteous, very knowledgeable and an extremely pleasant young man. The enterprise rep was also wonderful. Everyone with whom I met there was all very accommodating. Updates came regularly, as well! Thanks for your A+ service!

The team were excellent. Very courteous, efficient and helpful. The service they provided was timely. They provided regular communications and gave me the car back in a great condition. The staff really couldn’t do enough for me. I would definitely recommend very highly.

Communication and explanations of the insurance process and the work being done on my vehicle were so clear, professional and friendly. From the front Desk with my initial call to Sharon to speaking with Jesse who took care of everything. The updates via text were extremely beneficial. My vehicle was repaired to perfection. I am extremely pleased with the quality of work but even more importantly the work staff at Westside and the attached Enterprise Rental.
