The first time I went to pick up the vehicle there were OBVIOUS issues with the body work. It should have been caught prior to my arriving to get the vehicle. From a customer service perspective, the other HUGE issue I had was that I often called the rep before he would call to update me. When we are down to the last days and I’m told “probably by end of day” or “should be tomorrow” I expect someone to ca and update me in a tomeley manner. Instead, I would call before I headed up there and learn that it wasn’t going to be ready. Frustrating. As a customer, I don’t like bad news but surprised are unacceptable.

You’re geico and west side collision team completely exceeded my expectations. They were on time and quick to finish the repairs. Everyone was friendly and answered all of my questions. Special thank you to Marvin and Sasha who handled most of the estimate and repair. These guys are very helpful and I appreciate their patience. I will definitely be back if my truck is in need for other repair.
