My car was not fully repaired upon pick up! My windshield is cracked still and my front license plate was not put back on. Oh yeah and whoever worked on my car was clearly under the influence as I found 3 **** bottles in my trunk and my car smells like cigarettes, thank god I didn’t get pulled over for no front license plate while they were in there!! I am very upset!

The service was amazing from beginning to the end with only one problem. The problem was the rental place in Nacogdoches has a scare tactic of trying to make one buy the extra insurance by informing one that geico suggests you buy it because there could be a chance of an increase in your insurance premiums if anything happens to the rental so I was so nervous to drive it. My agent Daniel was amazing and the other associates in the westside office were prompt and helpful.

The only comments that I can make are that I would never take my car to a dealership for repairs again. They cannot match the excellent service and professionilism that Westside provides. In my accident there was no question who I was calling for any or all repairs. Anytime someone asks me about if I know of anyone that I can refer for their car repairs the answer is Westside. Thanks again Westside for being their for me once again. Pattie ****????????
