The only issue I had this time is the car inside especially on the driver side floor was really dirty and muddy when I picked up the car. I had to take it to a car wash. In the previous times they always had a paper on the floor Matt. Other than that it was a great experience.

I was quoted one price, not notified of any changes, and charged a difference price ($250 more) at pick-up, with no call or warning. The manager was accommodating, however. Also, i droppwd off my car on Monday for service, but work didn’t begin until Thursday. I was without my car for 3 additional days with no rental for no reason. Communication about this possibility would have been nice. I was pleased with the remaineder of my experience with Westside Collision.

As always Westside collision took excellent care of me and my car. This is the third or fourth time I’ve used them for damage to my auto’s and they have never failed me.
