****. The van pulls hard right. It wasn’t like that prior to the collision. The alignment should’ve been checked and repaired before returning the van to me. 2. I’m still waiting on an email to upload the video that shows the misalignment. 3. I’m being severely inconvenienced, to say the least. No, I’m not happy, overal. Your body work was very good but the failure to check alignment has caused me further inconvenience.

These guys, namely the two mechanics I worked with (Steve and Clay) really helped me out of a bind. Not knidid they fix my car to brand bew, they went above and beyond answering questions and providing service after hours. I will definitely be using this shop in the future.

Thank you - the repair looks good and the pull on the alignment seems to be compensated properly! No pulling to the left (which caused the dent!).
