Cody and Ken were great. Super friendly staff and they did a great job on the front end damage. However: I also asked for a large and noticeable scratch on the rear driver side panel to be touched up and fixed while it was there. I noted it was separate and I was willing to pay out of pocket since it was unrelated to the insurance claim for the front. I was disappointed when I picked up my vehicle and the scratch was not touched and I was told they simply didn’t do it???… now I will have to take it somewhere else and get the work done at a great inconvenience.

I brought my car with minor body damage on a Monday and was promised to have it Thursday, then it turned into Friday morning then Friday at 5 then Monday them Tuesday. I finally get my car back and the they didn't work on part of my car that was quoted. I was promised it would only take a day then it turned into early the next morning. I had to go at **** then next day to pick up my car myself because they didn't call me. The work still wasn't don't right. I bring it in the next day for the work to only take less than 10 min and I was on my way. Why did I wait so long just for the work to be done in less than 10 min. Very disappointed. So much time and gas wasted.

Only negative, I have is there's a scratch on my bed of truck that was repaired and they took my led bulbs out of my license plate holder and didn't put them back in.
