Was agreed I got a replacement license plate bracket which I never received. the repainted part matches paint fade instead of actual OEM color of the car. Bumper protrudes on side that was impacted after the repair was done.
I wish I was notified and given the choice to decide what color to paint my bumper instead of them just making my car go from red to pink and trying to make it look natural since I plan on repainting the main portion of my car

Actually there was one thing that was not 100%. A strip of blue tape probably used to protect the glass being installed was left behind and not removed. Now there is a small piece of this tape visible from the rear.

I received bad customer service, did not receive the phone calls promised to let me know the progress on my car and when I called they could not find the person working on my car. When I did speak to him he said he'd call back in 5minutes after over 2hours I called but he was unable to come to the phone. I was told the car was ready about 11am but it was not when I arrived at the dealership. It was dirty, still had buffer cream on it, they broke my mirror and did not send my car to service for the oil change I requested. I arrived at Toyota at 11:45am and did not leave until 5pm. This was a horrible experience.

I left 3 rolls of quarters in glove compartment along with other misc. change. The quarters were gone, the change was there. ( my fault). But yoy might want to check your employees honesty. Otherwise theses ice was exceptional.
