I got my car fixed here and I thought It was a safe and trustworthy place. Apparently I was wrong.. The first thing that I checked for was the sunglass compartment with my sunglasses in them. I had a pair of folding sunglasses that was given to be by somebody very important to me and they were stolen by one of the guys who went through my stuff. Besides that my car was fine, I recommend to anybody to clean out your valuables because it probably won't be there when your car gets handed back.

****. I had asked an issue from prior repair (related to accident) to be fixed, which was not done. I need to come down again for it.
2. I see black marks on back seat.
3. One of the Mat was missing.
4. I see peeled paint on one of the door (rear one on driver side).

I received a call yesterday that the car would be ready and to come by first thing at 7 AM to pick up the car so I could drop off my next car. When I arrived I found that the tape where they had replace the window had not been removed that the door gaps on both the trunk in the hood were messed up and that had not been replaced. I as ked about having an associate ride back with me so they scould start on the next car and informed they didnt arrive that early as i was told and would need to wait around for an hour and a half.

Customer service was excellent but quality of work is extremely terrible. Repair condition was good but shop broke my video camera socket to front windshield as well as leaves tons of grease hands and finger marks inside of my newly purchased cars on numerous areas (top, driver side, passenger side, moonroof.. its a mess)

i am satisfied with the repairs done to my vehicle, but I was completely dissatisfied with the level of service I received; some of the staff was downright rude. I feel as though I had to micromanage my repair process. I will not be using this body shop again.

I was called in to pick up the car when infact it was not finished. Ulysses said there was an aftermarket part used on a previous repair that that was preventing a gap on the bumper from closing. When his manager looked at the car, he said the problem was just with the bumper. They asked me to leave the car so they could continue to work on it. Tremendous waste of time.

yesterday i received 3 e-mails: 2 before 10am to say almost done. **** at 3.30 to thank me for allowing you to work on my car. I phoned to check readiness at 4.30pm. the answer was "not yet done the Gieco check". No word from Geico today. No mail to say actually ready to fetch?

Everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I made a mistake with my geiko appointment time and they were very nice to accommodate me. Everyone explained the process and procedure. Was so shocked because auto repair is usually a nightmare! Thanks very much.

After severw delays, I was told to pick up my car today. Took 4hts off work whih is over 150 pay loss for me. Only to come out and find that the car was not properly fixed and they need to to leave it for another day. This is so frustrating and I hope I can pick it up tomorrow without loosing more money. I am not happy at all.

I am not complete satisfied with my repair reason I had 20 bill 6 dollars singles plus bunch quarters that I use to pay the toll roads your employee stole everything. I just couldn't believe it.
