My break lights did not work once I picked up my car and all four tire sensors were going off. Now I have to take even more time out of my day to come back and have this fixed when it should not have happened in the first place. Awful experience with this body shop. Hope to never come back.

The only part of the process I felt was dissatisfying was the Geico representative. I felt Don McGill's part was great

Between the two cars there were issues and delays. There are people that didn't know what was going on and I get to getting passed around without an answer

The actual repairs to the car were excellent. It doesn't look like it was ever damaged. The rest of the experience was pretty awful, however. The original estimate was 4-5 days and it ended up taking 15. After the 5th day, there were baout 5 days of waiting for it to be buffered and washed. Then after the buffering but before the wash I was told that they missed a seal for the headlight on the estimate and had to wait an additional 5 days to receive and install it. What should have been about 300 dollars in a rental turned into 950 because it cost about 60 dollars a day from the delays. And not to mention that a new, random, error now shows up on the dash with Parking Brake Malfunction, which was not there before and the person who examined it had no idea what it was. Also, the airbag light on the dash remains on now, as well.

The employees when I checked and when I checked out were very professional but also very personable. They took the time to mention me by name and knew me when I walked in to pick up my car. The work on my car was done to perfection. I can say that I will recommend Don McGill Collision to others and will always be my FIRST choice if I need body work on my vehicle in the future.
