My car was in the body shop for over a month. When dropping it off, I had specifically requested that it be cleaned thoroughly (like a full internal clean up) before return because of my wife's nausea issues (we're expecting). I had re-iterated this the day before I picked up the car. However, it still wasn't. I requested in the body shop again, but they said the internal clean up wasn't included in the overall repair and they couldn't do anything about it. I can definitely say that the inside of the car was in a much better condition (cleanliness and odor-wise) when I dropped it off, than when I picked it up again. I was very unhappy about this. Specially since the car repairs totaled to over 8,000, I would've expected better service. Since I've only had the car for a couple days now, it's too early to tell if repair-wise everything was addressed satisfactorily, however, I was not happy about the condition the car was returned back in. I doubt a through cleaning inside/out was too much to ask. I bought my car from Don McGill, and took it there again for repairs expecting better service. Very disappointed.

Geico representative was helpful, but Enterprise was not prompt. I waited ****.5 hours for my rental car. I even had an appointment. They didn't have the car on side, so I waited while they went to another rental site, went to the gas stations, and went to a car wash. Toyota was also disorganized when I went to pick up my car. But overall, they completed my repairs in a timely manner and I was satisfied.

My Suburban was further damaged while in Don McGill's custody plus the original repairs are not yet complete. There are new scratches and a gouge in the right rear quarter panel, water stains inside from when someone at McGill left the windows open during a rain, and the Suburban door medallion that McGill removed has not been replaced. I have told GEICO about these issues.

First, the transmission shifter handle is loosing Second, the storage cabinet is not working as it should( little stuck when open and close)
