I had a issue that was corrected by the great staff at the body shop "Ralph and the cashiers" while my 4 runner was under repair I decided to see if the cost of a full detail job while there was good for me or not. I called the service department and they quoted me 130 tax for my 2012 4 runner. I asked many questions about what I'd get for 130. Which was a full inside / out detail. When picking up my car on 12/10 the invoice said 159 tax. Which did not align with the price I was given. It all got sorted out and price was moved to 130. But it cost me 20 minutes of my time. The cashier noted this has been a issue with service department doing work and not sending back a detailed invoice of charges.
All in all - I'm very happy with the work done by all staff at your site.

Horrible service, no customer service, the car not fixed right and need to go back to be fixed, the person who was responsible to handle the repair his name is Miguel I really never see as poor in customer service as him, my car was at the shop for a month and didn't fix it and need to go back and after wasting a full day that guy with a very cold face saying that what we can do for you in a day, I am going to report you in BBB and I am not going to tolerate my right to get my car to be fixed right

I saw that after the repairs blind spot system needed to be reprogrammed.
They did not do it before handing over my van to me. It's just now a Hassel to keep coming to body shop.

I dropped my car off on Monday 9/21/2015. I was not contacted by the dealership until four days later on September 24. The contact came only after I called the dealership at least five times. The rest of the experience continued to be a very very low level of quality and customer service. The repair took 16 days. POOR Communication. Extremely slow service. Will discuss if interested

When I came to pick up my car earlier today, the bumper was not painted to my satisfaction the paint job was inferior on the corner of the damage leaving me wonder if the bumper had been replaced as it was supposed to be. They had to do additional work on that area, before the paint was smooth.
