The price was too high and it take too long to fixed it. You guys never kept me informed in the process bottom line not good at all, oh and you guys broke my shifter drive lock cover and you gonna has to fix it

I was schooled to see my Lexus during the car pickup. There were several spots unpainted, loose under wheel panel, and overall very poor paint job, with solid spots and bumps. I am really surprised that such a poor quality of work was performed. Can you please escalate within your leadership team and render full attention to fix my car. My car is still at your facility. Thank you

Great job with the repairs! My car looks as if it weren't in an accident at all! I loved the text messages that gave me updates at to where my car was at the in process. The customer service was great as well. I was never treated as a number but rather someone who needed education on the whole process. Thanks for making this a smooth and easy transition.

Never got any progress reports until I called. Even touch I filled it paperwork with correct phone numbers, somehow you had wing numbers for me. Otherwise it was great.

The body shop lost the key to my car. I was not upset about the lost key, but about how I was treated when trying to get a replacement key. While I was promised that they key would be replaced, they didn't have the replacement ready for me when my car was ready for pick up. They said they needed a few more days to continue looking for it. When I told them that I absolutely had to have the replacement by Tuesday because my son was going back to college and needed a full set of keys, I was told that I would be contacted first thing Monday morning by the body shop manager. No one called me Mon morning so I called the manager. My call was returned by someone named Frank, who I had never dealt with before. He told me he would get me a key but I needed to bring the car back along with all my existing keys and leave it overnight. I asked if it would be possible to get the key programmed while I waited so I wouldn't have to keep coming back. Frank said yes, but he needed to know exactly when I would be there. I said I would come in Tuesday morning. I told him I just needed to contact my son who was vacationing in Colorado to find out where he keeps his valet key. I arrived at the body shop at 9:20 Tuesday morning. They had to page Frank three times before he finally came to talk to me at 9:50. I think he was upset because the man working at the front desk expressed frustration with Frank during for failing to acknowledge the previous pages. I've never been treated so rudely in my life. Frank said in a very nasty tone, "What are you doing here? You told me your son had the key in Colorado and you couldn't come today." I never told him that. But even if I had said that, he had no reason to talk to me so rudely. They are the ones who lost my key. They should be bending over backwards to make this as convenient as possible for me--not yelling at me! All the other customers heard how he talked to me, and it was appalling! I literally was fighting back tears. He took my key and left. An hour later, the receptionist came out with my new set of keys and very nicely said my car was ready. I never saw Frank again. I feel like the dealership owes me an apology. I will tell everyone I know that they should stay away from Don McGill's incompetent and rude body shop.

They sprayed some horrible deodorizer in my car and I am highly allergic. I had just had the interior cleaned and it really caused me problems as I had to make a road trip smelling it.

When I picked up my vehicle, no one went over repairs, nor went out with me to inspect/review what repairs were done. My car was not washed and cleaned, disappointed as to service of staff. Cashier was very eager to accept payment, but the buck stopped there!
