Well since you ask . Here it is everything from day one was great the job got finished a day early . The problem at check out was your cashiers or delivery people could not find the paper work . No one took the time to walk out to the vehicle to go over the repair as a matter of fact I had to go find the truck . Also and this is just an observation . When there is a customer that is not happy they should be taken to see a manager not told that the manager can't be found . This was a lady there today that was not happy and walked out . Needless to say I'd like to hear her response to this survey . Improvement on delivery procedure is badly needed . Also someone needs to do quality control inspection of final work there was a screw left out of inner fender panel stickers were left on mud flap and gender panel . I fixed these this is minor for me I have come to expect this others may not and this makes for a repeat trip and additional paperwork and unhappy customers . Hey you ask ! Small things can make all the difference . Hope these comments help improve your delivery process .
