The all geico and toyota team were nice and helpful. However I do want to comment about Lee at the front desk, he was a bit very rude and during the time I was there I noticed he was also not nice with his coworkers. We customers are always watching.

My original estimate was 3 days and turned into a 2 week process. Communication was extremely poor as well. No one could ever give me a thorough explanation of the status of my car. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received from Don McGill Toyota.

The job on my car was not completed as promised, it took an extra almost 3 weeks which is costed me an extra $200.000 in car rental, the car was missing small part in the front bumper and when I asked about it, I was told that part was missing when I brought the car and they will try to get Allatate to approve that part , it has been almost 2 weeks since then and have not heard anything about it, I went to the dealership and bought the piece which cost only $17.00
I think Don magill should have replace that part as a courted for keeping my car way longer than expected and cost me an extra $200.00 in car rental

Came to pick up my vehicle which was stated to be ready to go. Upon arrival I did my walk through to look over the vehicle and the fog light was left unplugged so it wasn't working. Yeah it's something small but for a big corporation like Toyota you can't make mistakes like that you never know next time it might be the drain plug for the oil pan.

The QC process dragged out the return by 2 business days. While quality is imperative, so is customer information and it was not communicated why the scheduled return (informed so on the original day of return) slipped. Suggest the person making the QC decision also is the one informing the client so misunderstanding s are avoided.
