I am still waiting to hear when the driver's door handle part will arrive so you can change it. This handle was working perfectly when I brought my car to be repaired and has nothing to do with the accident damage front fender parts. Also not so happy about the length of the windshield crack (I had it before but was not this long).

Wrongly charged for the daily charges that came with the rental. I specifically told the agent I did not want to pay anything out of pocket and that I also had my own insurance. Seven days later when I return to pick up my vehicle I have a $175 charge I have to pay for when I didn't ask for it. I demand a refund, and feel taken advantage of because of my age.

I satisfied, but you did not fix all of the repairs the first time and it took over two weeks. No knowing the extent of all of the repairs (removing dents and fixing paint scrapes), I am happy with the final results.

Overall, the experience was great. Everyone was friendly, communicative, and I feel that the work done without the highest quality. The only frustration we had was the moving target of the completion date. It went from a Tuesday to a Thursday to a Friday to a Saturday. The communications about the changes in readiness did not happen until later in the day, making it difficult to know when we can go and pick up our vehicle. This was my only issue. Everything else was very good. Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

When I picked up the car I was surprised to find that they had not replaced the rear headlight/taillight although it was on the estimate and charge for repairs. I had to wait while they replaced it only because I pointed that out!

we took the vehicle for a collision repair, we told the Geico rep from Geico express that the driver sit does not work and for them not to move it at all. The gentleman from the collision department from Don McGill Toyota was there as well when we explain to him the situation. Today our vehicle was completed but when me and my wife check the vehicle to make sure everything was fix from the collision department the driver sit was moved and it could not be move forward at all. Instead of trying to find a solution on how to fix the sit he pretty much kept arguing on how they are not fixing the sit and they are not responsible for that. Didn't like the response that he gave my wife when my wife told him that she is the one that has to drive the vehicle and how does he expect her to drive the vehicle to work if she can't reach the pedals and all the rep from Don McGill Toyota did was shrug his shoulders every single time my wife was explaining to him about reaching the pedals. The rep from Don McGill Toyota also told my wife " is either we fix the sit belts or the driver sit" .... What kind of idiotic respond is that??! Also there was some covers missing from both sits in the front of the sit that over the sit belts and also there's a gap on the trim on the front passenger side that we told him if they can fix as well and his responds was "I'm not worry about that" my wife and I left Don McGill Toyota beyond pissed!When we take a vehicle to repair we expect to get it done properly and if there's a problem we expect to find a solution not get into a discussion and eating our time with arguments and people being pretty much smart asses shrugging there shoulders to the customer making us feel like idiots. Our vehicle was suppose to be picked up today from Don McGill Toyotabit we left it there to see if they will be able to move the driver sit. Wasted the afternoon and don't know what is going to happend now. NOT happy/satisfy at ALL...

Everyone was so kind & helpful. I received my car back as good as new after getting hit from behind while stopped at a red light. My car wasn't even a year old & I was so upset. Don McGill will always have my business. This is my 4th car that I have bought from Don McGill & won't be my last. I work hard for my money and I appreciate the honesty of my salesman (Joe Morello), my service manager (Mark Hammon) & everyone else that helps me. Wonderful dealership!
