My only question / concern is I dropped my car off with half a tank of gas and feared I would not make it home. Warnings were flahing in 3 different views that I had low fuel.

****. Paint color is not right. There are two tone of the color 2. Frank, Kara, & Rebecca are not kind and hard to contact with them 3. Never call/contact me about estimate, repair updates, and etc 4. Takes so many days. Dropoff: 10/31, 7:00am pick up: 11/10 4:30pm 5. Overall, I never fix in Don Mcgill Toyota and never buy any vehicle from Don Mcgill. Thank you

The job done on the rear end of my 2016 Chevrolet eqinox looks great and the service was expedient! However, the Knapp Houston emblem was not placed back above the equinox emblem!I don't know if that can be rectified. Thanks for the great service!

****. Didn't fix a scratch claiming it was not part of their job even though it was right next to the area damaged in the accident. Why would you think the scratch didn't come from the accident? Why would you return a car with a big scratch right next to the area you worked on and think the customer would be happy? 2. I asked you to do the state inspection while you had the car. Apparently cars can't pass inspection right after a repair because they must be driven for a while after a repair is done to reset certain things. I didn't know that. I guess you didn't know that either because you gave me my car back with a failed inspection, which I had to pay for. If you cared you would have either made sure the car was ready to pass inspection, or just advised me that I should not have you inspect it right after a repair because it wouldn't pass. Both of these make me think your shop doesn't really care.

I picked up my car this evening and was not cleaned Properly also my driver's seat is stained and arm rest a person did come out an spayed an wiped the seat Its too dark outside to see the outcome . White residue on my car I also noticed when I came home No I am not at all satisfied. I trusted that I would get a minor repair and it turned out terrible experience

In the end it was a simple bumper replacement which was goofed up with part ordering. That resulted in delay by 3 days from the written commitment. I had to pay for car rental from my own pocket to cover extra delay days. Thinking of taking this matter to court to recover rental charges and lot of inconvenience.

I trust Don McGill Toyota completely for all my Toyota cars needs-the Camry I own now is the 3rd Toyota I've purchased. I faithfully bring it in for regular check ups like I did the other two Toyotas I owned. My only disappointment was when I purchased this Camry SE I wasn't offered a decent trade in and so I sold my previous car-an Avalon to Car Max where I got an amount so much better than was offered @ Don McGill.
