There was a spot that was not covered. I picked up on Saturday so there was no one in shop but Mac is aware and said to bring it in when shop is open and they might be able to buff it out. I will do that when I am in the area. I live in northwest part of town.

The spare tire was left in the trunk not put back where it belongs. The front passenger side window doesn't roll down. And the right front and back door handles are still scratched up

I kept getting messages saying when the car would be ready from collision, and they kept changing. I even got one notifying me that my car had been picked up already. Finally, when they called to inform me it was ready, I asked the operator if the brake buzzing noise and the lights shorting out had been repaired as well. She didn't know what I was talking about, I told her I filled out my concerns on the accident card when I dropped it off (and I had discussed it with whoever was there to pick up the card they had given me to fill out) and so she checked with the repairs guys and they said it had not been looked at. (?) I told her I don't know why they wouldn't look at it, that's why they had me fill out the card, and we had talked about it. She apologized and said that he would check it in the morning. I told her I didn't want it back until all the repairs from the accident had been taken care of. She said they would call and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm driving a rental and I don't want to be charged for these additional days and lack of communication. I'm waiting to hear from them, but I'm worried my insurance on the rental will run out and I will be stuck with these charges. I never even had anyone call me to discuss the damages and the expenses or even rather or not it was concidered totaled or not. Just an email saying it was going in the shop. I would like someone to follow up and make sure the engine and the breaks and the light shortages have been repaired under my insurance with Gieko. And I would like to know that I am not being charged additional days on this rental while I wait to hear from you all. Thank you
