I came today to pick up my car, but when I took a look at it, I noticed that it had a new damage on the front part, the same side that the accident occur. I had before the accident few scratches, I told to the lady that was helping me (by the way she has been very polite and professional) that the scratches were there before, and no because of the accident. Today, a gentleman (who works there and she called him) tried to fix (the new damage) , but I was not happy the way that it looked, he told me that it looks the same way as the other scratches !!! Is it professional ?? Do I have to accept a new damage that I did not have before because it looks the same way as the other 3 that I had ? Is this the reward for being honest ?? On the other hand I leave my job by 6 pm, but today I I had to ask my manager to leave at 3 pm to go home, pick up my husbang and be there before 6pm, and I could not get my car, not only the hours that I lost, but also that I had to ask for permit to leave my job early, it does not look good in my job. Tomorrow I should tell my manager that I do not have my car, and the day that is going to be ready, I should ask for another permit and live early (again) And if that was not enough, my car had another damage in the back wheel (because of the accident) that I showed her the first day, and it was not fixed. I also want to mention that a lady from the rental car office called me to tell me that the rental car were due by Monday, I was working when she called, I got worry right away because I need a car, and I was told that my car were to be ready by Wednesday or Thursday, It was a misunderstood I believe, but is another stress. How can I be happy ?? Think that this hassle is because a person who is in your inssurance hit my car (I really dont need this hassle)

You broke my rear window,your body man tools scratched it probably, poor paint job, even underneath my car, missing body job by left rear which I mentioned to Jennifer many times when I dropped it last week.I could have given to a 2nd class bodyman to fix it,but brought it to you expecting a professional job. Please refund my money. I will file legal law suit if you don't solve this issue.

I received great service when I visited. I went to get my oil changed after picking up my car and both places we nice Ana efficient. Will surly come back but is a little far from my home.
