Danny took such wonderful care of my car! It looks perfect & drives as though I just took it off the lot. He promised he would "care for it as though it were his own," & he clearly did. I'm so thankful for all of the work that was put into my car; not to mention the frequent check-in & update emails I received. I could not be more pleased! Thank you so much!!!!

My contact information was given throughout this ordeal. Today when I went to pick up my car, my tire which was damaged in the trunk was never fixed. My boss was letting me have an early lunch so I could pickup my car. The man from the body shop, said, "Nobody said the tire was in the trunk." No body from the bodyshop called me to inquire where the damaged tire was. I changed it out for my safety, since I had to wait for GEICO to misdirected me. Finally this afternoon my car was ready. Picked it up, but I didn't noticed it until I was a Kroger parking lot that my rear wheel liner was missing. I know it has no real function, but I called and was told to bring back in. The more I thought about it. The service wasn't that grand. I keep getting emails that my car was going to be ready, but when I called I was directed to GEICO. If my car isn't being worked on, I get it, but don't keep me in suspense thinking my car is going to be ready at the given date. I have used Don McGill Toyota in the past at parts and service areas. I was treated well there. I've never been so left out of a process until now. It's my car that I worked very hard to buy and to maintain it's integrity. This may be my last venture with this Toyota dealership. With regards, Carol A. M. Unsicker

I felt my car was returned in a very unclean manner. Oil or some similar material was left on my backseat and I haven't been able to get it out. I think some paint oversprayed onto my driver side windows and my windshield now has a foggy quality that wasn't there before and cleaning it has not been able to remove it.

Unfortunately when I came to pick up the car the airbag light was still flashing to indicate that the airbags were still disengaged. I don't know when I will be getting it back.

you had my jeep for 10 calendar days april 3 - april 13, and had to replace a driver's side passenger window & middle console & glove compartment... there was still glass on the carpet that was not vacuumed nor was the jeep washed until I got there & the key lock on the glove compartment was missing...there are TV shows that flip an entire vehicle in less than a week. so I was not too happy with 10 days of not having the jeep 100% fixed

There were scratches and "dings" that were not on my vehicle prior to the incident. I was basically told there was no way possible these things happened from the accident. They did not just magically appear. This has been the only accident I've been in with this vehicle. My concerns were just brushed under the rug. Very unsatisfactory my opinion and I plan on leaving a review.

I spoke with Mr. Brad Dupuis from Gulf States Toyota before I took my carbto the dealership, he told me that the service was great. I have been at the body shop twice, I'm not satisfied with the repairs, I have to talked to a manager Mr. Rick Whorley regarding the issues, I took my car on March 7th, I was advised that it will take 10 days yo get it ready, the lack of cuatomer service provided by Mr. Ken ****it is unbelievable, he got mad at me because I told him about the terrible job that they did on my rear bumper, I hope that my car will be ready next week, I'm tired of waisting my time and money going back and forth to the dealership

My car was left out over the weekend and was not properly covered, leading to interior water damage. I was told when I picked up the car that I would be given a free detail to fix the damage. I have been trying to schedule this service for the last week but every time I speak with a Don McGill employee they claim they don't know anything about it. Yesterday I was told to come in at 7 am to drop my car, but just now when I arrived I was again told they know nothing about it so I had to leave and wait again.
