The repairs to my vehicle were fine. I also appreciated the status updates from the body shop. However, my car's interior was filthy when the vehicle was returned to me - and this was not the condition in which I had originally turned over my car to the body shop. There were dusty prints all over the interior, as well as dusty footprints on the floor mats. In addition, my front license plate was completely bent out of shape, like the front bumper was removed for repairs, and the bumper was placed in a way that bent the license plate and frame. There was also a scratch on my driver's side door handle that was not there previously - as though the door was removed and placed on the ground and scratched as a result. Finally, there was blue paint that rubbed off on my rear bumper on the passenger side - also not there when I turned the car in. My vehicle was brand new and only in my possession for a month before being involved in an accident, so I'm 100% certain these things happened while at the body shop. Overall, I would not use this body shop again.

A little orange peel in the paint finish but otherwise, happy with the repair. The color match is absolutely spot on. Hayden in the Collision Center was very helpful throughout the process, great communication. Have had better body work done at other collision shops, but overall, job well done.

Car took much longer to repair than originally expected. Status updates were good but occasionally did not align with Geico adjuster's comments. In future, would recommended improved communication between the two parties.

Apparently my muffler was not put on correctly, so when I push in the gass, the sound of rattling is so annoying and loud. I have no time to go during work time. Really unsattisfying
