Friendly, helpful, and excellent service. The work on my car looks great!

Your car gets a dent or two. Your insurance refers you to an unknown body repair shop. Places and people can be friendly, but what you may be wondering is - “How good is their work?” Today I picked up my car - on time – when promised. My car had not only been repaired and it looked like new. It had been detailed to the max - - -exterior as well as interior. Being a woman who wears nail polish - - my fingernails scratch the car’s paint when I use the handles to open the doors. The reason I said my car looked new – my fingernail scratches were gone! Okay that takes care of the work... now for the people. Here is a two word description – Courteous and Generous! Each employee was considerate and generous with his/ her time. Direct Paint & Collision knows cars and they give great service! When leaving I said - "Hope to see you again"--- but truly ---I don't wish for another dented fender!

Thank you for your hard work on my vehicle. One critique- could have been more communicative about the progress of the repair throughout the week. I was told I would receive updates via email throughout the week, but did not receive any. I only received info about the progress of the repair when I called after **** week

I guess I need to call on Monday. My car has adaptive headlights and they are not working.
