Mike in the Main Street location was surperb he called and checked on me throughout the whole process even with receiving text messages! He was friendly when I met with him to get my car too, the whole staff was welcoming! Thank you!!!! As pleasant as the whole expreince was, hopefully I don’t have to see them again!

Mike was amazing at trying to get things done timely. I did not like that the date that the car was supposed to be ready was extended a week. I would have guessed that they would have found all the damaged parts and not missed something that was vital to a working car.

Mike the Manager was awesome, from start to finish he made sure the work on my bug was quality! He called several times to let me know where they were with the repairs. Getting in an accident is an inconvenience for anyone but Mike made everything that much better! Any time I need something fixed in the future I will definitely head back to Fender Mender of Summerville, I could tell they authentically cared about their customers. Thank you to everyone that got me back into my Volkswagen Beetle!

Tony Yesso was awesome. You should clone him. I was told initially that it would take 2 days to repair my car. On day two, I received an automated text that saying that it would take 5 days to repair! Then later that evening I received a text saying that my car was ready for pick up. It took several attempts to speak to someone on the phone. Tony called me back and made arrangements with me to pick up my car this evening. Joey did not seem that helpful when I spoke to him initially (twice) confirming my appointment initially and when I brought my car initially, they had told my car rental guy that I didn’t have an appointment with them and I had to go flag him down as he was attempting to leave. The communication needs a lot to be desired. The phone goes unanswered at times also. I am satisfied with the work that they did. Tony rocks!
