Every employee we met had a very nice demeanor. In particular, Jorge Barrrera set a very nice tone at our first interaction and was consistently kind, honest and generally informative. While we hope to never need to need a collision shop for any reason, we would gladly work with Jorge and the Mundelein Crash Champions team.

I felt welcomed right from the start when I walked in the wrong door and some gentlemen explained to me where I needed to go. Afterwards, Dominick spoke with me and gave me a great estimate which didn't suddenly change in the end. Anytime I would call, Natalie was friendly and helpful which made me feel reassured. Jorge was awesome!!! Great service and a very good experience overall. Loved how Jorge would call to update me about the repair progress on my car. I also loved the text messages keeping me up to date on the repair progress. The flowers were a super nice detail, definitely unique to you. ??

George was fantastic. He kept me in the loop every step of the way and could not have been more courteous. Overall workmanship was near flawless. There are some minor divots in the body work around the repair area, but they aren't extremely noticeable.
I would for sure recommend Crash Champions to a friend.
