Crash Champions Mundelein made the experience of being rear ended about as pleasant as it could possibly be. The team was knowledgeable and responsive. Dominic was so kind when I first called, Jorge was amazing at keeping me posted throughout the process, and the woman at the front desk (didn't catch her name!) was also very kind and helpful when we came in. All around fantastic service. Hope I never need it again but if I do, you have my business 1000%.
