My vehicle was completed before schedule, and the dealership even offered to have all my tires replaced (at my cost) after replacing **** of mine due to collision. The repair looks good, but I got my vehicle back with 3/4 of a tank of gas when I dropped it off at full. The odometer only showed one added mile: ****/4 of a tank must have been consumed on idle. Provided that I have a 14.5 gallon tank and assuming an idle gas consumption of 0.32gal/hr, my car was idled for in excess of 11 hours. I don't see how this was necessary, neither good for my car or the environment.

Christian was my service rep. Bottom line... he was the best! Kept me regularly informed on the progress of my RAV. The entire collision and body shop rock. My RAV was completed a week and a half earlier than was expected. I love Star Toyota!

What an excellent job they did in repairing my 2002 4 Runner.
From the front it looks brand new!
And Mia is the best of the best. I may change my mind tomorrow; chuckle.
She is just excellent as a face and voice for Star Toyota.
Even though Star's labor may be a bit more, it would be worth it for the quality service and end result. Now I know I can trust Star Toyota.

This is second time using the body shop and I have nothing but good things to say about Star Toyota. Customer Service was excellent. Star Toyota is lucky to have Mia as an employee! She was wonderful thought the entire process. I hope I never have to use body shop again, but if I do I will be using Star!
