Eveything was great. They did an excellent job om my car. It looks brand new. Also, Mr. James Hebert was wonderful. He was on top of things, communicated with me in a timely manner and was very professional!

My car was returned very dirty and a scratch on the drivers door handle. I didn't have any nicks in my paint and now have a few.

There automated system that sends out updates is totally inaccurate. And, the shop did not have the computers needed to reset a computer error on my dashboard. I would not take an Acura there again.

Thanks to James and the administrative assistant at the front desk (sorry cannot remember her name) of the collision center, this was a very pleasant experience. Too bad the Ron Carter on FM 528 was not as helpful and attentive to details to assist us in getting the necessary repairs through the insurance company due to weather damage, instead wanting to charge us $3,000 out of pocket.

First, I was called and told my car was ready for pick up. When I arrived and looked inside my car I was appalled at what I saw. My car was filthy, the seat had grease all over it. The retractable sun shade was dirty , and there was boot marks all over the interior. I was told it would be cleaned up if I had time. I had time. When it came back. The back seat had a hole in it, and the retractable sun shade had three holes in it. I was furious. I was informed that it all would be taken care of. I had to wait two days for a rental car, which ment I had to to take two days off from work so that something that should have been done correctly the first time would hopefully be done correctly the second time. Then to top it all of my insurance company was submitted a supplemental claim from Ron Carter for repairs that that were needed because of damage done by the technicians. Unbelievable. I'm extremely disappointed in Ron Carters auto body repair service.
