Jose has a question. The new back door he says does not sound like the other when closing or opening it. It sounds very thin he says. I am not able to drive because of knee to come down and show what I mean. Also I notice that when locking the truck it does not have the sound of a horn letting us know its locked. That needs to be checked. I told my Ins lady yesterday about the door but I want Edi to go show you what they are telling me. I can not respond because I do not know why it sounds so different at closing or tapping on the metal door. That's the only thing they are not happy with. I hope Edi can take it by today before closing or the dad.

Only issue was when the responsible party
Intervened and had the parts department
Order duplicate parts. That is a Ron Carter
Internal issue.
Having said this,I have every confidence I
will continue to buy and service all my vehicles
from this well ran business and will continue
to recommend them to friends

My main complaint is my after market bed cover, and I was told when I picked it up to see about getting it fixed and let them know the cost. My rear bumper does not seem to be aligned with the bed of the truck. Might seem nit picky to some but that is my truck and it was not like that before
