My "experience" is far from over.
I have had an exceptionally great experience with Ron Carter IN THE PAST.
I have purchased 2 vehicles from your Autoland before and have had my cobalt repaired twice due to accidents a long time ago, when I believe her name was Helen running the collision center. My husbands truck was also purchased from you guys as well, and we were very pleased with that experience.
But let me tell you, I will never ever ever ever purchase from Ron Carter or send my vehicles for service to your Collision Center or recommend your service to anyone.
Your service center presented themselves to my insurance company as being exquiped to fix my BMW from an accident that I had according to a list of 3 collision centers available in the area to chose from. But as I've now learned, that's far from the truth and I have to incur the expense of proving it.
Not only was the service member Bill incompetent, stubborn and rude, he hung up on me and my insurance company when I proved he was lying which was extremely unprofessional.
I will be filing a complaint with the insurance company after getting my car fixed by a professional and then speaking with a lawyer. Therefore I will not be going into details at this moment.
