WAS HAPPY WITH THE CONSTANT UPDATES ON MY VEHICLE. RUNS TRUE DOWN THE ROAD, NO PROBLEMS THAT I CAN SEE. YOU ALL DID A GOOD JOB AND IN A TIMELY FASHION. WILL USE YOU AGAIN IF I NEED COLLISION REPAIR... WHICH HOPEFULLY WILL NOT HAPPEN.

The repair is excellent. The timeline was not. I was told it would be ready on thhe 17th.When I went to pick it up I was told the 19th.On the 19th I was told the 24th. Then the 25th and then the 26th.

Dropped off vehicle to have repairs on back door of my Jeep and also an oil change and tire rotation and 2 weeks later i came home with my vehicle and discovered a missing bolt on my right front tire. I drove up to the service center and informed Steven **** who was the one who took care of my oil change and tire rotation about the missing bolt and he informed me that it was already missing a bolt which i knew was not true bc i detail my vehicle myself and no one has ever worked on my vehicle except Ron carter. Steven **** informed me that it was ok for me to drive with a missing bolt. I informed him that i was not leaving until it was fixed. Upon inspection by the mechanics I’m the shop while i was there, there were other bolts that were stripped on that same tire. The mechanics informed me that it was definitely not safe to drive. I cannot believe that i was sent home with my vehicle unsafe to drive. On top of it, i had already turned in my loaner vehicle and thank goodness the staff at enterprise was so helpful that they were able to accommodate me. When i received my vehicle back again, i still did not feel safe driving it so i took it to discount tire to have them make sure my tires were all safe to drive and upon inspection, there is a bolt that was improperly put on. Discount tire would not remove it because they said it may not go back on if the bolt is tripped due to being installed improperly. Dreadfully, my vehicle still needs to be fixed and im going to have to take more time out to take it to get fixed.

This was absolutely the most frustrating & disappointing experience I’ve had to deal with thus far with Ron carter. Our contact, bill Myers was rude, inconsiderate and honestly just a flat out ****. I intend on calling multiple people to report my experience I was just waiting until later today once the weather returned to normal in hopes that everyone will be in their office.

My car wasn’t completely finished by pick up time, a few details were missing like plugs to hold the side skirt and a bracket for the rear bumper aswell as an aliment, i was not satisfied with the job done.
