Oscar and AJ made what should have been the negative experience of p as ting for car repairs and getting in a rental smoother. Now I wish Enterprise would put customer service as high on the list as River Oaks Chrysler Jeep and Dodge does.

Had a great experience with Efraim. He did a great job communicating with me about delays and the progress of my car.

So much to say! Efram was great and answered all of my questions and everything was so smooth. I had arranged a car rental and when it wasn't ready in time for me to return to work, Efram called another rental and had someone drive me there so I could get back to work!! I also had told Efram that I wanted a bit of work done while it was there - including brakes. I told him about an incident i had with Mac Haik who replaced my last set of pads. They forgot to put the caliper bolt on correctly, and my wheel came off when the caliper bolt wasn't holding it to the car frame anymore which was less than a week later. He spoke with Ed Cains and Ed called to tell me they received he message and they would triple check it! When they inspected it, they noticed the caliper bolt had zero thread and replaced it for me. I'm so relieved!! Special thanks to Efram and Ed.

Repairs were completed in the estimated time. I was updated frequently by text about my car's status, which was unobtrusive and courteous. Car came back looking better than before!
