Nathan and I are always very happy with the service and work that JD and ROC provide us each and every time our cars go into repair. We know that JD always sees to it that our cars are fixed and brought back to us in either in restored condition before the accidents or better than we had them prior to the car wrecks. We both drive Mercedes, so at first I was concerned that the knowledge and know how maybe an issue since your dealership focuses on Chrysler. Due to Autonation having my car on and off for 7 months and still not fixing my car appropriately, I choose to give you guys a chance to fix their screw ups. To my surprise JD even found more areas that they should have fixed under this one claim and they didn't fix the areas in which they said they did. Needless to say it was a mess. I realized that I should have just gone to JD first. Well 2 years later we have been bringing back our cars from more accidents and we wouldn't take it to anyone else even if you guys were not par with USAA because we trust that what you say you are going to do you do it and do it right the first time. Our cars are always given back to us on promised delivery time or before, service is always ????% with JD he always keeps us in the loop. I believe his motto is " I take car of your car as if it was my own". One last thing JD is an asset to USAA and ROC. Sincerely, Melissa C
