Efrain Medellin was great. But current problems not present when car dropped off.
****) air leak on passenger window - squeal when driving over 40 MPH. I reset the door gasket - didn't help.
2) remote keyless entry no longer working. Not fob battery issue.
3) when spare put in the back, must have been manually closed, because hatch no longer opens completely
4) need solvent to remove some paint on interior.
Car looks great - drives well. Efrain caught several problems missed by technicians including broken transmission mount.. The above listed items are items that I didn't recognize immediately - car unlocked, I didn't open the hatch since it was not damaged, and because I was headed back to work, I did not carefully look at interior.
Most important issues are the first two - the latter two are inconveniences only

JD communicated well along the entire process and was professional and friendly. When something unplanned happened he proactively went to management in an effort to mitigate the adverse affect on me.
And after I drove off and heard a noise., he waited until I returned to the shop to check it out himself. And he found the noise and resolved he issue.
His colleagues were nice too.
