My passenger side mirror housing at the body of my Corvette Convertible was broken by one of you shop personnel. I have videos of it and it only very temporarily useful. I’m so terribly disappointed. I have spoken to Andrew Moran who assured me it would be replaced. I will be following up and I hope someone contacts me. I don’t think this is the type of thing that is normal here but I think Sean or Jim Guthrie will be contacted if satisfaction isn’t reached within the next week. ????

Had to wait over an hour for car to be finished. Was told there were problems with air conditioner. Driving home and air cond. wasn't working and my temperature gauge flashing....engine may be overheating!!! Need to come back ASAP. Disappointed and very nervous about driving car now with potential for engine overheating. Plus it's really hot outside so very uncomfortable with no air. None of this was a problem when I brought the car in. Service people were nice enough, but I felt maybe they were rushing so they could complete the work and collect fees. JILL H

I am very impressed with the quality of work you do. This is the second time you have worked on my truck. I'm impressed. This time was a different experience. It's been a nightmare with my insurance, or is it Lyft's insurance, or the other guys insurance. Still not sure what's going on there. In the last week I have felt more and more out of the picture. I got texts keeping me updated on the progress and the text I got from you 4 days ago said it was ready and I would be contacted to arrange a time to pick it up. Found out you did try and call but my mailbox was full. I didn't know that. Before I knew it the Fri was here and I still hadn't heard from anyone. I made 3calls starting this morning and through late this afternoon before I got a response. Found out I could have come in any time to pick it up and it's been ready for 4 days. What I was upset about is why, when you could not contact me by phone, didn't you try to contact me by text, like you always do, or by email? It would have saved me $120.00 in rental car fees.

Exceptional customer service! Love you going the extra mile and sending me text updates on the progress of the repair. Truly impressed! Everyone was very kind and attentive and just a great experience overall. Plus my car looked great!!
