The majority of service was provided was outstanding. The only thing that could have persuaded me to give this experience a 100% satisfaction rating was if the seats would've been vacuumed. There are little black bits on the back seats primarily. Presumably from the new carpet instillation since they were not there prior to getting the car serviced. Thanks for taking such good care of the car!
